Grill Lunch
Ingredients
1/3 Olive oil.
4 sausages.
1/2 lemon juice.
1 garlic clove, crushed.
Ground pepper.
olive oil spray.
4 mushrooms, sliced.
2 tomatoes, sliced.
4 slices of bread
4 eggs.
1 t.sp chopped parsley.
4 lambs.
4 x 100 gm steaks, well trimmed.
Method
Boil the steaks and lamb in water until half done.
In a bowl add 1/3 cup of oil, lemon jiuce, garlic and pepper.
Now grill the steaks and lamb, brushing them with the above mixture.
When almost ready, grill the sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes for the next 5-8 minutes, brushing with the oil mixture.
Fry the eggs in a pan, adding little oil.
Place a slice of bread on serving plates, top with an egg and arrange everything else around.
Serves 4.
